A homemade ranch wedding

Austin and Sarah

were married on their family property at Cottonwood Equine Center in Montana for their June wedding. Surrounded by their family, handmade details, and their adorable daughter, they tied the knot on a gloriously sunny afternoon.

Sarah choose our tiny wedding package and we provided bouquets in ivory and neutral tones with lots of eucalyptus and dried elements along with boutonnieres and small pieces for their homemade arbor.

Hannah & Matt

Hannah and Matt

planned a June wedding at the Powder Horn and a ceremony underneath the tall trees on the lawn. The bride wore a Galina Signature sheath dress with gorgeous details. The ladies wore long dresses in sage green and the men sported sharp grey suits.

For their tiny wedding florals, we used white roses and scabiosa along with eucalyptus and the bride’s favorite succulents for their stress-free and memorable wedding day.

July Mountain Wildflower Wedding

Lace dress, pink shirt, wildflower bouquet

Sarah and Justin were married on the shores of Paint Rock Lake in the Big Horn Mountains one stormy afternoon in July. We delivered colorful bouquets inspired by Wyoming Wildflower meadows and a collection of varied bud vases for their reception. Her ladies wore dresses in shades of pink and sparkles that let the flowers in blue, orange, yellow, and purple pop.

It was a treat to use locally grown zinnias, snapdragons, and coreopsis in addition to flowers from Colorado farms to bring in the color and texture inspired by her wildflower theme.

Mauve June Wedding

Brooklynn & Connor

After planning a 2020 celebration and putting it on pause, these lovers hosted a wedding and celebration with their family and friends in June. With the ladies in cool blue dresses and flowers in blush and neutral tones, they finally had the wedding they’d dreamed of surrounded by family and friends. Nathan Hans Films captured their day and all the love.

Their outdoor ceremony took place under towering pines and Brooklynn carried a petite, hand-tied cascade bouquet of her dreams.

How sweet are these two!

Congratulations!

The 100 Yard Bouquet

When Braidyn reached out about a last minute elopement styled-shoot in the Big Horn Mountains, I was excited to participate and jumped at the chance to test my ingenuity. I’ve found that floristry is 50% cleaning and planning, 40% problem solving and 10% making the beautiful things it seems. We didn’t have a flower budget for the shoot and so I proposed a wild and 100% foraged bouquet. Since they were adventuring into the National Forest, I had to consider what things I could include that would be weed-free and wouldn’t introduce non-native plants into the wild. I originally envisioned lots of tall grass heads and textural bits but these were excluded as a result of the location.

Everything in this bouquet was collected (with permission) from my block. Chokecherry, aspen, and spirea branches with perennial sweet pea tendrils, flowering linden, dried poppy pods and a few big iris seed heads.

While this was a fun exercise for testing my design skills and creating something for an editorial setting, it’s not practical for an actual wedding. In most cases I can’t rely on my neighbors to provide all the goods for making something gorgeous and I use a variety of farms and wholesalers to bring in all the flower magic to pull off an event.
